They had some concerns about the new homes going in and setbacks of each trailer. During my research thru PDSD I was able to pull a site plan that was last approved in 1969 which showed 127 spaces and proposed recreation and swimming pool area. New homes in question 13,16,19,28,58,59,63,70,76 and 114 all had permits pulled thru PDSD already and had been finaled or still active. In working with PDSD I was given a setback of 6ft between trailers, which None of the ones the HOA was concerned about were in violation. Had a discussion with Code Administrator to advise him of our findings. |
