Arrived on site to the alley of this address where I found mattress and chair set up nle easement. Nobody here at the time will try to make contact with property owner. Made contact with the property owner who states she thinks somebody is living back there however has never seen them. Did find a brush and bulky door hanger on her front door which pickup is slated for January the 22nd. This would include everything that is in the alley at present time advised her to call tpd non-emergency number if she does see or hear someone in the back alley posted on the wall and will let Preston know about this location as well will continue to follow |
