DROVE THE REAR OF PROPERTY THAT FACES CADDIE ST, PROPERTY IS FENCED WITH 5 FT CHAINLINK FENCE AND FT WOOD FENCE, CANNOT SEE INTO THE REAR YD. MET WITH THE OCCUPANTS WHO STATED THEY HAD ACTUALLY CALLED ON A PERSON DUMPING WASTE FROM HIS TRAILERS INTO EACH OF THE GARBAGE RECEPTICLES, THE OCCPANTS HAD EXTENSIVE VIDEO AND PICTURES WHEN THIS WAS GOING ON, AND PROVIDED THE INFORMATION OF THE PERSON DUMPING AND HIS NAME. THEY EXPLAINED OWNER GARY CLARK OF 209 #1&2 E CADDIE ST WAS THE PERSON. THEY CONTACTED CONDE ENFORCEMENT WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO GET BACK WITH THEM BUT NEVER DID. OCCUPANT WAS MARTIN TESTERS SON, RETIRED CODE ENFORCEMENT WHO EXPLAINED HE NDERSTOOD THE PROCES FOR CALLING COMPLAINTS. I CHECKED GARBAGE CONTAINERS UP AND DOWN THE STREET BUT CONTAINERS HAD ALL BEEN EMPTIED. >FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF DEBRIS IN CONTAINERS >FOUND NO SIGNAGEOR ADVERTISING FOR A BUSINESS. >FOUND 6 FT FENCE THAT DID NOT ALLOW ANY PERSON TO SEE INTO THE REAR YARD >FOUND FRONT AND REAR OF PROPERTY TO BE VERY CLEAN >OCCUPANTS STATED THEY DO CACTUS REMOVAL >THERE WAS NO OBSTRUVTION OF RIGHT OF WAY / PEOPLE ON CADDIE ST PARK ALONG THE ST IN FRONT OF THEIR HOMES. (AREA IN QUESTION) SO THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT 821 E 9TH ST OCCUPANTS ARE IN VIOLATION OF ANYTHING BUT THEY DID PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF A COMPLAINT THEY FOUND WHILE IN PROGRESS, UNFORTUNATELY THE EVIDENCE OF THE DUMPING HAS BEEN ELIMINATED. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
