01/22/18 -Arrived on site where I saw two campers in front of property along with a temporary shade canopy. As I arrived to the front door I was met with Victoria and James, states they are the owners of the trailer in the front yard. State they do not live in that trailer or sleep in that trailer they are there to help the owner of the property get over the loss of her husband and only hang out in the trailer during the day but never at night as they return back to their own home. Advise them of the rule that they cannot sleep in that trailer and this they are clear on and state again that they only hang out there during the day when they take a break from being inside the house. At this point will move to close out the case because no evidence was found that they are living there. If caller does see them at night they can call tpd or the on-call inspector to go out there |
