ADA signs still missing on public doorways including restrooms. The current signs are not ADA approved. Both exterior doorways have deadbolts that can be locked from the inside. These doors need to either have panic bars or signage saying that these doors are to remain unlocked during business hours. ? Also special conditions have not been approved please submit this paperwork. |

two ADA public restrooms still under construction. Pool restrooms ADA hardware are incomplete. Missing scald guards on sinks. Some grab bars still not installed. ADA bathroom signs not installed. Partitions missing hooks, handles, and dispensers. Exterior door that is the means of egress needs to be marked with an exit sign. This door will also either need a panic bar or a sign that door is to remain unlocked during business hours. Also pending fire and engineering’s approval |
