Will become a school for autistic children. He stated it will be a private school, not a charter school. -we will approve the two classrooms and one office that have panic hardware and quarter turn locks. Both locks on these doors approved. -locks on classroom doors approved. Contractor was concerned they had a keyed lock to get inside the classroom. -15" address numbers required. -will verify all signage for riser room and FDC's -needs annual FA and sprink inspetions. needs 5yr internal check valve inspection if due. provide ITM reports. -adding alarm inspection to this card. they are modifying the fire alarm. In the process of obtaining permits. -he needs to verify location of FDC, possibly remote. add FDC signs. -will need knox FDC plugs. -discussed all extinguisher placements. locked cabinets approved however they need to be accessible to all staff. he will be looking at different types of cabinets. |
