11/28/2018 FIRE - FINAL Cancelled Fees need to be paid by cutler before an inspection is scheduled. If inspector goes out prior additional fees will be added.
11/19/2018 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval -Install panic hardware on existing doors per plans.
-install all fixed seating prior to the fire final.
-install all ceiling tiles.
-need annual sprink inspection report. deficiencies resolved.
-need 5yr internal check valve inspection and report.
-order knox box, install next to riser room, provide key.
-I will verify sprinkler monitoring requirment. appears it was monitored at some point.
-need to close out cutlers permit. they still owe fees.
-obtain operational permit for "places of assembly."
