Shear nailing is good, however roof framing does not match approved plans. Trusses have been replaced by I-joists, which are not shown on plans. Also, center area shows existing 6 in 12 Pitch, that has new I-joists installed at approximately 1/2 in 12 pitch. There are parapet walls not shown on plans. Lastly, joist hangers have no nails into joists; install nails or provide manufacturers installation instructions showing these are not needed. |
