explained to man need all rough inspections framing, and MEP before insulation and drywall . Spent 10 minutes extra to explain this and he was not going to have the wire mesh inspection but I showed him on permit required. Also told him need 3rd party inspection for insulation. Submit 3rd party paper work later. City does not do insulation 3rd party does. |
