seal holes are on top of CMU and soffit. Also couple of concerns that I addressed with the homeowner. 1. The roof framing seems to have changed design over how it bears on the exterior walls since framing had been approved. 2. There is a 4 or 5 ton condensing unit on the roof of this new storage room which was not part of this permit and is already showing signs of not being able to support the weight. The homeowner assured me that they plan to move this unit off of the roof |
