Shot pins unless OK'd by engineer are not anchor bolts on exterior bearing walls. Use Red Heads, Titams or other approved Remove bent or headless #16 nails from the strap HD's and replace with new whole nails. Seatb all nails that are not fully nailed int stud to sole plate straps. King stud at left of garage header is missing 2 or so inches at the bottom. Remove and install a full length kingstud from sole plate to top plate. Strap all top plates that have breaks less than 4' from each other. I count 5 places. Front door nRight, Braced wall OSB at transfer blocks not nailed into blocks provided. Provide 1 #16 or floating truss clip at each truss where it passes over interior wall top plates. |
