#10- NR must wait until opening.

#11- NR Ingress/egress along 5th av e appears to meet conditions but must wait for directional signage.

#12- NR, loud speaker location to property lines apear to be met but must wait until final spearker configuration and placement.

#13- Completed, work in this area still being conduted but almost done. Appears to meet conditions, no seating on northern edge of property or other amenities that would encourage loitering.

#14- Completed, elevations match submitted drawings.

#15- Completed, building is one story.

#16- NR, area is still being worked on, does appear that wrought iron fence will be completed.

Will conduct follow up as project moves forward.
06/06/2019 ZONING PROGRESS Not ready for Inspection Inspector Supervisor Rick Saldate conducted follow up inspection for zoning compliance. Inspection found that site is not ready for full final of zoning. Elevations do appear to be matching from shell design and window style. Still have to wait for exterior porches/awnings along front. All screen walls do appear to be almost completed, walls do have a designa and meeting zoning criteria. Building is single story as per approval. Will monitor and reassess in middle of this month.
05/03/2019 ZONING PROGRESS Not ready for Inspection INSPECTOR RICK SALDATE ATTEMPTED INSPECTION, MET WITH JACK KOMZAK (SUPERINTENDENT), DISCUSSED IN DETAIL THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS. BUILDING CONFIGURATION WAS NOT READY, JACK STATED HE SHOULD BE READY IN ONE MONTH. WILL CONDUCT FOLLOW UP AT SUCH TIME.
