| 07/18/2018 | FIRE - FINAL | Denied | The drawings show that they have a rated non sprinklered cooridor. The cooridor does not need meet the rating requirements. Doors need to be self closing and self latching. Now have fire smoke dampers that the fire alarm does not close properly. Access hatches to the dampers are to small. Glass is alsi=o not rated. Seems to fit the exceptions for not needing the rated cooridor. Proivde documentation regarding the cooridor. If not needed please send paperwork back through down town for review again. Pay re-inspection fees prior to calling TFD back out |
