there is a question on this site about the addressing that is noted as 2525 North Jackrabbit Ave., but does not exist. The address for this location where it is shown on the plans is 2475 North Jackrabbit Ave. The plans were this site will have to be pulled and verified prior to scheduling another inspection for this site. inspection is being added at this time because the wall openings on the west side of the property are still good but there is a question about a basin. |

Basin is located just north of 2475 jackrabbit. Adjacent business has materials stored on top of it, and the basin has no significant capacity. It is just an outlet into the drainage channel… Basin should be eliminated. |
