had meeting with matt and brian from npl about fixing the temp patchs that road rough along the south side of valencia. they wanted to hot patch but wanted to have a 3 day right lane close to complete the work matt took it down town and they said no. I told brian and jim that they couldnt have a 3 day closure and could only use a shadow truck which is what was suggested in the meeting by matt to be able to fix the patches. |
