12/18/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued meet with contractor there were a few new issues that were created when he repoured 2 panels of a driveway. i asked pete to come out and take a look. pete wanted the contractor to grind one area and then he said that he was okay with the other 2 other issues. one being out on the cross slope and one being out on the 2% running slope in driveway. - CN

12/08/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued pete and i went out and checked on the attempted fixes to the driveway wings, pete wasnt happy and wants it replaced - i called permit holder and told him it needed to be redone - CN
12/04/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued both wings of the driveway was finished wrong had pete out to look at it. one wing was over 8.3% and the other the cross slope is over 2.5%. I had the owner out at 10am for a meeting and let him know what they issues were and he said that they would get fixed -
11/29/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued went back out and looked at the layout of the driveway and reexplained how it needed to be with the guys pouring it. the driveway will be poured after 8:30 am - CN

11/21/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued removing sidewalk wings - stopped and told them that they dont have a valid permit- called down town to let them know and also called pete - richard called from down town and said that they have to do the driveway to spec. CN
10/27/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Correction Required Met with pete on the water line install in driveway, patch/driveway needs to be fixed/replaced before cfo is given - CO

08/21/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued - line had been run but a board was placed over there hole in the ped access. i called the contractor and asked him to bf and remove the board out of row and the ped access.
