| 07/25/2017 | TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION | Continued | - work started onsite and when i showed up onsite they had removed the existing asphalt and placed ab that they were compacting. they found a few soft spots and reworked those areas. I also informed tucson asphalt that they needed to wack the edges as the roller didnt reach about a foot to the edge of current pavement. They also mentioned to me that they wanted to have a 24hr closer and i informed them that there permit doesnt allow that and that they would need to get it changed if they wanted to leave the road closed overnight to pave tomorrow. no traffic control issues |
