12/12/2017 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued - meet with david about ped issue along broadway. they had built the temp rasied ped bridge and sunlink wasnt happy with it. david also told me that they had a meeting about a week ago with sunlink, contractor and richard at which time they all agreed that they would have the peds walk under all the scafolding along the broadway face. david removed the elavated ped path after that meeting per sunlinks request. I have yet to see any change in traffic control and the office/lance/matt was notified in an email. CN

I told them that they needed to keep access to the roadway and that if stuff like this needed to happen again to give me a call.
