Conflicts. The state elevator inspector should have approved this project. State paperowrk does not show the fire alarm was tested. State paperwork also states that the inpsection was in October but the permit was not pulled until December. Advised JT that they need to either provide proper documentation from the state inspector and pay work without permit fees and or schedule an elevator inspector to be onsite so that we can test with them. |
