Building NOT ready for fire alarm final. Protective covers to remian in place during constuction. Covers missing from smoke detectors. Sensitivity test will be required prior to fire alarm final. East side of the building has doors that are NOT shown on the fire alarm drawings, modify and sublit the fire alarm drawings to reflect the doors and add manual pull stations by each door. MAin electrical panle is a electrical hazard when inspector was onsite. FACP will require a dedicated circuit and a RED Lock on the breaker. Back patio are was also not shown on the fire alarm drawing. Drawings will need to be modified to reflect the doors and new manual pull stations. Ceiling tiles will need to be in place. Add a corridor smoke detoector as shon on the original fire alarm drawings. |
