12/30/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Inspector Lopez called that he needed signage of Do Not Enter placards for posting on the buildings. Arrived and a tree fell from being cut down and fell and hit the main electrical system and knocked out the electrical to the building. A six pack is a total lost from being crushed and the other six pack has burning on the buss bar that supplies power to the other side. Did have a electrical contractor on site and was trying to get the power back on. They have a building that is currently shut down for remodling and were trying to move that equipment over to this building but is the same age and will have issues getting it approved. Did go over that work can be done to remove the damage equipment and make the needed repairs on the wood framing and stucco. Did place the Do Not Enter on the front windows as inspector Martin Lopez served the N.O.V. to Vacate of the 12-units that were lacking the electrical. Took pictures of the units vacant. RV. | |
