Arrived and the T.P.D. units still on site and have 2-people in the units. They were found in the house that has been posted of Do Not Enter on the front door and the still has the posting of Notice to Vacate also on the front door. They were found in the back room and the rear door was opened and not forced opened. The interior of the house is filled in all rooms with storage and not able to get around the house except small passages walking side ways to get through. Not able to make contact with the daughter of the dead owner. Did call Arcaiden Industries to have two openings secured with plywood. The rear door and the window by the front door where the wrought iron is loose and was pulled off and the window was able to push open. Due to the posting were still in place from 11-1-17, did no paperwork and will try and call the owners daughter in the morning. Did call and left messages with the phone number on the last case. The house has no utilities and all off due to lacking payment. Did place a City lock on the front gate with a chain to prevent entry due to the same people have been caught in the house before. The 2-people were arrested and cited and than released. The have been caught in the house before and was recently. RV. |
