Arrived and the units checking on other issues on the mother and the 2-kids were removed with the mothers parants. The unit was lacking electrical due to lack of payment. The electrical has been off for a week at least. Was charging a charger from a car to have lights to the unit when fully charged. found no candles and was lacking smoke detectors. Had heat sensors and were working. Did call the management and the tenant is being evicted. The management will address the securing of the unit tomorrow in the morning and the tenant will try and get the electrical back on. Did advise the tenant to check on getting back into the unit to remove items out or work on making the payments to stay in the unit. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the tenant signed the paperwork. The tenant was going to lock the building when she leaves with T.P.D. RV.
