03/07/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did talk to the owner and they are in the processing of paying the permits for the carport and the other work that was done. The owner son is taking care of this issues and hopefully paid by Friday. Will check in 30 days. RV.
02/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Contractor called to find out on what is going on with the property. Did let him know that the permit has been approved and waiting for payment to get the permit issued. The contractor will call to check if the payment can be made to get the permit and will pay if can be done. RV.
01/30/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Permit T18CM00575 has been applied on 1-23-18 and all has been approved. Appears that the fee's are waiting to be paid. RV.
