Arrived and the units were still on site and the son of the dead owner was arrested and taken to jail. There is no other family member to call or have the property secured. Did have a person that was in the house and refusing to leave and at this time the house is not able to secure. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the openings secured. The water and the gas have been off for some time for lack of payment. The water meter has been removed due to tampering and has been missing for some time due to the meter box is filled with dirt. The interior of the house has items stored through out the house. Does have mattresses laying on the floor where people are sleeping. Water was being brought in to wash up and take baths. The toilets were filled with feceses. RV. |
