Arrived on site with inspector Goodman and tpd officers. This is a large vacant parcel to the south of the Frito-Lay building where we found 6 homeless in camps in this area. Trash and debris along the South Western border of the property and throughout the homeless encampments. Made contact with Frito-Lay manager to advise them of the situation and to let him know a notice of violation will be coming his way for the cleanup of the property and repair of the chain link fence |
