HALF OF THE ROOF SYSTEM IS BOWING INBOARD DUE TO DAMAGE EXTERIOR WALL STUDS AND EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WOOD MEMBERS. THE WEST AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE MOBILE HOME HAS WALL STUDS WITH DEEP ALLIGATORING, THE NORTHSIDE OF THE MOBILE HOME HAS 20 FEET OF MISSING WALL STUDS. OVER HALF OF THE UNIT HAS NO EXTERIOR SHEATHING. THE OTHER HALF OF THE MOBILE HAS DAMAGE TO INTERIOR ROOF AND WALL WOOD MEMBERS ALSO DAMAGED SHEATHING. THE UNIT HAS BARE WIRING IN ALL AREAS. THE FEEDERS TO THE PEDESTAL WERE DISCONNECTED BY TEP. SWG DID SECURE THE GAS.
THE MOBILE HOME HAS A CMU WALL / CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH TWO DOUBLE GATES AS A PERIMETER BARRIER. 46 FEET OF THE CHAIN LINK FENCE IS DILAPIDATED AND WILL HAVE IT SECURED WITH BIFF BAKER'S FENCE PANELS.
THE UNIT IS CONDEMNED, WILL MAIL NOTICE AND ORDER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY PLACARD POSTED.
WILL REQUEST SUPERVISOR APPROVAL TO REFER THIS CASE TO T16DV06454 TO PROCESS DEMO. CLOSE CASE
