Did go to the site due to the owner not answering his phone. Did talk to the owner and he is still working on the permit being issued. Did go over that the court is on 8-13-19 at 10:00 AM and is hoping to have the permit by than. He has no phone at this time due to he stated that he lost the phone. RV.
06/06/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site again due to the owner has not called for the permit on the water heater or on the court date. Did find the owner on site and did ask about the permit for the water heater and he will try and get the permit before the court date. He stated that he is aware of the court date on Tuesday 6-11-19 at 9:30 AM. Does have a wood frame storage room being built on the side of the house and went over that the permit is required from zoning and no inspection will be done. Court on 6-11-19 at 9:30 AM. RV.
06/04/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site due to talk the property manager for the property and they no longer manage the property. They believe that the owner is living on site. Did call the phone number and unable to make contact with the owner. Did go to the site and met with a friend of the owner and left a card for the owner to call. No permit has been issued for the new water heater. RV.
