Met with the tenant and the water heater is not working. It has been leaking and not giving hot water for some time. The cooler on the roof is leaking water and has wet the wood frame porch and has no protection on the wood for the weather. Have talk to the management and will send a copy of the N.O.V. to them. Did get the phone number to call the owner. RV. |
