MET WITH ODDESSA AT WARD 2 AND INFORMED HER OF MY FINDINGS FELT THAT COMPLAINTANT IS CONCERNED ABOUT A 30 MINUTE WINDOW WHERE WORKERS SHOW UP EARLY FOR WORK, WAIT FOR GATE TO OPEN, DRIVE ONTO THE WORK SITE TO GET TOOLS OUT OF TRUCKS AND BEGIN WORK ON TIME. I FELT THAT WAS SIMPLY WORKERS SHOWING UP ON TIME TO START WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. |
