Did go on to the outside of the property and was able to find more of the weep holes. Alot of the weep holes may have been covered due to the different heights of the elevation of the properties. Did meet with the management and the maintenance supervisor and drove around the property to look for weep holes. Did and was shown how the water flows through the propertry. Did ask if the property has flooded recently and stated no. This property does have a retension area and that also has not filled up with water due to the drainage to the wash and in the rear of the property. Will check with the building offical on checking more for the weep holes. RV. |
