VISITED SITE, WALKED THE WASH AGAIN FROM 1702 TO 1780 WEST ANKLAM AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE FO HOMELESS PEOPLE OR HOMELESS CAMPS IN THE AREA. I ALSO RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM BECKY CHAVEZ STATING SHE DROVE THE AREA EARLIER IN THE DAY AND ALSO FOUND NOTHING. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
