The unit is vacant and unsecured. The property still has the trash and debris and some of the junk motor vehicles. Some of the vehicles have been removed from the rear yard. While checking the units did hear some getting out of the rear unit and jumped the rear fence. Did call the owner and she met on site and went over what needs to be secured. She did make calls to get help on securing the property. The property will be secured in a couple hours and will call when completed. Did call for a dumpster while on site to tomorrow to have the property cleaned. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
