The person in space #1 has the key to the mobile home and she let me in to inspect the mobile home. Did find the plumbing backed up, the ceiling is sagged in the living room area but the roof has been replaced with a new roof covering on the exterior. Was able to see daylight from the interior to the exterior and was by the cooler area. The interior was dirty at the time of the call with feces on the floor and storage but the neighbor has done some cleaning. She is still in the process of cleaning. Did call the social worker to let her know that the mobile home has been condemned and will need to be checked when she comes back. Was advised that the owner will not be coming back. Did talk to the management and will be calling the sister to check on what is going to be done with the mobile home. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
