Met with the owner of the business and the plans are being done and part of the building next door. They have no C of O and the owner has been working with Eric Newcome form Planning and Development Services Department on getting the plans approved. The building is a Cafe and has no bathrooms at this time and the plans are including the bathrooms and once completed, the C of O will be issued. The permit T17CM07985 and issued on 11-28-17. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
