Received a call that supervisor Martin Romero want me to go to the site to check the property. Called the person from Caremore to meet at the site and left a message. Arrived and the person was in the carport and did talk to him and he has no water or electric due to lack of payments. The water and the electrical has been off for over a year. The person gave his name and the name given was not on the Pima County Assessor Records. The name on record was the name of a bank. Once the person was told that his name was not on the records he left the site. The house was secured and posted with Do Not Enter on the front window. The house was clean and organized. The name of the person that left the site was Rodolfo Marcos Marquez with this mailing address. The person was advised if wanted to remove the items out of the hosue to call and will be let in due to screwed the metal security door shut. |
