Arrived on site and met with the tenant who showed me into the property, this is a section 8 property and should be handled by them. She showed me a ceiling cut out that has plywood over opening she said for a register this was her concern because it was open and she could see the insulation. Has been closed now, states the owner plans to turn the laundry room into a bedroom, I did check this area however nothing has been done to this area as of now. Will mve moving out in 3 weeks |
