Received call from inspector Martin Lopez and had an appointment to meet the tenant on site and was on another call. Arrived and met with the tenant and was shown the issues that needed to be addressed. Has a new water heater and has built a metal enclosurer and not vented properly, a wire in the washer and dryer area that goes into the ground and not rated for underground and not protected, has a new AC split system with the condensor on the exterior on the ground level, has a room being used as storage with a hole in the ground that is approx. 8' deep x 10' wide x 16' long with masonry walls next to the house on the west side. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
