Arrived on site met with both neighbors and this is an issues with property lines. 261 wl Flavia is putting down pavers to let the water drain to street when she wash her porch. Neighbor is upset that the water flows to her property (which is lower in elevation, built that way 17 yrs ago) and thinks those pavers on her property but still wants the pavers to drain the water. This is a private property issue and COT will close out this case |
