Arrived on site and met with tenants of unit 15. States they do not have a routine exterminator and has issues with roaches and mice all over the interior. Did see a roach on the counter and in the drawer while I was on site. She showed me photos of three rats that were caught behind the refrigerator a couple days ago period has caught eight rats in the last 15 days. Onsite manager was busy with tpd will move to notice of violation and speak to the main manager at Malibu Apartments |
