Also spoke to Meb Management Company who also stated the same story. She however spoke to Ron from Peach Properties to let him know of the issue. I was able to make contact with construction supervisor running the job on site. We walked to the front of the building and stated normally he has a spotter on the sidewalk when they work the edge of the building, however today he was not on site and 3 of his more experienced employees called in sick today. States he will do edge work in the early mornings and have a spotter on sidewalk from now on. This not a code related issue per supervision will move to close out this case |
