The tenant was calling the supervisor to check when the water was going to be turned back on. Did check today and the water is on and at this time the case will be closed. 11/08/2017 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Met with the tenant and the water has been turned off at the meter and the unit had water turned on. Turned the hosebibb in the front of the unit and the water came on. Did check where the water was connected and found a hose to the neighbors property and connected in the rear of the house in the storage room. Had the hose go through the wall where a hole was made and connected to the washer maching connection to allow water to the unit. The hose was removed while on site and the tenants came out. The tenants had a court hearing and now have a hearing scheduled at a later date. Did go over that the hose being connected was a violation and that the neighbor can have the water removed or being cited. The tenant will pay the water today and have it turned by tomorrow. No N.O.V. given due to the bill for the water was being paid while on site. Will check the propety tomorrow. RV.
