Arrived on site to find a large parcel with a dwelling, front of parcel had pile of green waste and trash and debris scattered along front fence. Two piles had tarps and were also located by fence and can be seen from street. Unable to make contact gates locked and posted no trespassing signs in front will move to nov. |
