Met with the owner of the property and has no 8' wall on the property. Was allowed to check the rear yard and has on the west side of the property where 2-coarses have been added to part of an existing masonry wall and 1-coarse to the other half to raise the wall up and unser 7' in height. The wall is 8" wide block. All the other existing masonry walls have remained the same height. The front of the property has new massonry retaining walls at 16" to 24" in height and have steel post in the middle of the block for metal pickets to be added and the height is under 7' in height through out. Does have concrete that was poured and has lighting in the steps and also in the masonry walls in the front by the sidewalks. They have met with the H.O.A. and did not get the permit but has a drawing that has been started to get the permit. Has masonry columns in the front of the house for a porch to be built at a later time. The owner will include the porch in the plans. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
