Met with the tenant and she showed around the unit. They have a bathroom in the rear of the house and when used has leaks on the exterior of the shower stall. The bathroom has been added and will check records to check if a permit has been issued for the addition. Has a outlet in the rear yard in the middle of the yard laying on the ground. Has a loose light fixture in the rear of the house by the rear door. Will check records. RV. |
