VISITED SITE, FOUND STRUCTURES 118 AND 120 SAME LOT VACANT AND WINDOWS SECURED. UNIT 120 HAD 1 BOARD REMOVED FROM REAR WINDOW, BOARD WAS REUSED AND NAILED BACK ON THE WINDOW BY INSPECTOR. PROPERTY, BOTH STRUCTURES POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY, ALSO HAD NO TRESPASSING SIGNS ON STRUCTURES AND FENCE. FOUR FOOT FENCE SURROUNDED THE PROPERTY, 2 DBL GATES AND ONE SINGLE GATE WERE CHAINED AND LOCKED. ALL UTILITIES HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF. DID FIND TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY, NOV WILL BE ISSUE FOR TRASH AND DEBRIS |
