Found property secured. Rolloff dumpster in carport. Interior showes evedince of work being done. No permit in the system. As I was ready to leave contractor showed up. I was given access and determined the work being done does not require permits. There are no modification to the structure. All surface work: Cabinets, Tile and paint. Met witrh the owner and explained the situation. |
