Arrived on site to find the tree is still there. Called and was able to speak to Mary the owner this time, state has been working with experts from the Home Depot and has called several tree Experts about her pine tree. She is trying to save the tree and steaks both Home Depot and the Tree Experts State as long as the bottom portion of the tree is still green the tree is still alive. Because the tree is located behind locked fence and Patio wall I was not only able to see the top portion of the tree and never have seen the trunk itself unable to tell if it is still Green from the bottom. Owner did however agree to only wait till the end of January before she takes action and removing the tree will follow up first week in February |

Arrived on site to find dead cactus along front walll was cut and removed- abated. Still on site is the dead pine tree in front yard. Owner called about a week ago and have tried to call back with no answer. Called and left a message, will f/u |
