Was call by 911 to assist TPD, after inspection found that unit 1 had unsanitary conditions though-out the unit, was relieving himself in buckets, restroom was inoperable, egress were blocked by trash and debris, had extenstion cord's running under trash and debris, Also has electrical wire's hanging down from light fixtures ( electrical hazard ) turned off breakers at main panel, will be posting unit unfit to occupy. |
