>LATER ON 10/16 RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM MCNARY APPOLIGIZING FOR THE COMPLAINT AND STATING THEY HAVE RECEIVED TEMPORARY NOISE EXEMPTION PERMITS FROM THE CITY MANAGER THROUGH PROJECT MANAGER CHARLES OGLETREE. CHARLES IS PRESENTLY OUT OF TOWN. ALS STATED THEY HAVE ANOTHER POUR COMING UP IN 1 1/2 TO 2 WEEKS AND WILL BE SURE TO SECURE THE NOISE EXEMPTION.
